A 3-Axis CNC mill on site allows us to quickly turn around precision parts without tying up your resources. Multiple parts can be accurately and repeatedly produced allowing for bulk discounts on small and medium runs. “Lights Out” manufacturing means lower over head for savings that get passed on to you.

Adaptive Programming

Fully utilizing our state of the art work and tool probe system from Renishaw, we can make adjustments to the program on the fly - and without scrapping parts - to hit tight tolerances . Tool wear monitoring and feature checking allow us to modify offsets and stay on target while the part is still being machined. No need to remove the part, measure it and then adjust the program. It’s all done during the production run automatically by the machine.

Dimensional reports on the finished parts are also available upon request and are accurate to 1.0 µm.
